the problem

A twelve-SKU line had grown one flavour at a time, and no two cans agreed on where the name sat, how big the flavour word was, or which orange was the orange. On a shelf they read as five brands rather than one.

the approach

We started at stage 00 and cut the range before designing it — three of the twelve SKUs were doing the same job. What survived got one grid, one type scale, and a single flavour-colour system that stays legible under shelf lighting.

Product photography was shot in studio over two days against the identity rather than around it, so the cans on the website and the cans in the chiller are lit the same way.

the result

Forty thousand units across nine SKUs, printed uncoated at a press we have worked with for years. We specced the stock, read the proof, and signed off the run, so what arrived matched what was approved.
